The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart
The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart, a New York City indie pop band, who took their name from the title of an unpublished children's book written by a friend of singer/guitarist Kip Berman, released their self-titled album on Slumberland Records in '09. The record peaked at #9 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart.
Later in the year, The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart issued their second EP (the first EP was a self-released effort in '07), "Higher Than The Stars." Sophomore full-length effort "Belong" landed in '11.
